It's mounted on the driver's side of the rear cylinder head. There are two gaskets. One is the one between the spool valve and the cylinder head--available from Honda. The other is between the two halves of the spool valve--not available from Honda.07 has VCM-2, means both banks have cylinder deactivation, means there is a "spool valve" on both banks. One (bank 2, firewall side) conveniently located engine front left above the alternator, and one harder to get at tranny side on rear (bank 1).
